There are two different weigh-in-motion solutions offered by Trakblaze – Infinity low speed and Infinity high speed.

Trakblaze INFINITY LS weighbridges are precision slow-speed systems that are perfect for mining load-outs, industrial, agricultural, and concrete plants, power plants, and steel mills. The operator can access live information about the weights of the bogie and wagon in real-time. Even when moving at a speed of up to 15 kph, this slow-speed weighing scale works flawlessly.

The system comprises two electronic weigh sleepers and four dummy sleepers braced together so that weighing accuracy and scale reliability get enhanced, whereas weight transitions are eliminated.

Using highly accurate and reliable load cell technology, the INFINITY HS weighbridge is capable of weighing trains at speeds of up to 80 kph, depending on track/site conditions and test train/rolling stock.

The INFINITY HS rail weigh-in-motion weighbridge consists of six electronic weight sleepers in addition to fourteen dummy sleepers that are braced together to create a single solid structure underneath existing rails. Maximum stability is achieved with this innovative bracing technology, thereby eliminating the impact of weight transition, resulting in greater accuracy.

Our Force 1 is a weigh-in-motion axle weighbridge designed to reduce the considerable space required to install a traditional weighbridge. The truck axle scale is designed to record axle weights and gross vehicle weights as trucks pass over it. It is possible to calculate the weight of a vehicle in motion using Force 1 up to a speed of 12 kilometers per hour (dynamic).

Likewise, our portable mining truck scale, such as the Force 2/4, is fit for all types of mining truck and dump truck weighing applications in motion. You can install them on established haul routes or as a short-term solution where the mine is constantly changing. With two alternative truck sizes (Force 2 for trucks up to 150 tonnes/Force 4 for trucks over 150 tonnes), the Force mining options are designed to withstand harsh mining environments while allowing in-motion weighing at speeds of up to 12 kilometers per hour.
